Q: How is Cerebro Properties different from listing with a real estate agent?
A: We are not agents, so we will not be listing your property. We would be interested in buying your vacant land and figuring out a way to invest with it. We use different strategies to make a deal work, but what it means for you is is that you eliminate the time just sitting on the market before getting a qualified buyer, as well as eliminate any wasted time with agents who don’t specialize in land. With vacant land being our main focus, we have a little better of an understanding on what it takes to actually sell land FAST in this market.
